La situation , la proximité de la marina

Studio vieillissant , douche très moyenne et literie peu confortable Des règles de copropriété très limitantes non transmises en amont ! ce qui nous a valu des remarques désobligeantes des propriétaires et une accusation de vol d’un parasol dont nous ne sommes pas responsables.

La connexion wifi avec une bonne qualité. La décoration et mobiliaire.

Pas de propreté. La propietaire n'habite pas en Martinique et la femme de ménage ne fais pas grande chose. J'ai trouvé des gros cafards vivants et morts. Beaucoup de moustiques. Poussière partout, sur les placards du closet, de la cuisine, vaisselle sale. Toiles d'araignée. Et les madeleines offertes déjà périmées. Mauvaise expérience . C'est moi qui a fait un peu le ménage !
