Appartamento retrò-chic in La Spezia

Las comodidades y la estética histórica del apartamento son de destacar. Hermoso! Ya no se hacen apartamentos y mobiliario de esta calidad.

Que era por escalera y sin parking

Apartment was very comfortable and facilities very good. Enjoyed having balcony. Comfortable bed and good shower.

The apartment was well located, for access to the main station and the town. Lots of nice Bars & Restaurants within walking distance. The host recommend a few places to eat & they were excellent. It was perfect for our needs

Parking could have been problematic, but we luckily found a place right outside

Host met us at the apartment. showed us the place, gave us advice for the area. provided us with a beautiful bottle of wine and a snack! was so lovely :) the apartment was spacious and the building is beautiful! 8 min walk to the train station so getting to Cinque Terre is super easy to access. There is a cute little market on the corner of the street for fresh fruit, bread and veggies. We would absolutely go back. Also the communication with the host was fantastic!

The wifi was not very good. Only reason its not a 10.

The apartment was excellent for family. All facilities are new and of high quality. We had wonderful time here even if it was raining on the first day - but this has nothing to do with the apartment. BTW the heating was very effective.

Location was excellent ten minute walk from the station. As you come out of the station in the car park on the right hand side there is an elevator that takes you down to the street level. Turn right and take the first street on the left and walk a few streets and you will come to Corio Cuovo street. We were kindly met by our host and he took our bags to our apartment and showed us the apartment. We were generously left with a bottle of wine and focaccia on the table we enjoyed Thank You The apartment is comfortable and decorated in an Italian vintage feel.

Mattia and his mother did everything to make us feel right at home. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and the most delicious focaccia. Their apartment was very well located for trips to the cinque terre and had everything we needed to stay for a few relaxing days. We would come back anytime and would recommend everyone to stay here! :)
