JALA GUEST HOUSE near JUANDA AIRPORT

Herry era muy amable y servicial para todo lo que necesitáramos. Nuestra actividad al monte bromo se retrasó y se quedó con nosotros hasta que nos vino a buscar el taxi. Nos cocino un pato muy rico y estuvo atento a todo lo que necesitáramos.

Las fotos que salen en Booking no corresponden con la actualidad. Estaba todo muy sucio, lleno de telarañas. El lavabo era un váter y literalmente un grifo y un cubo en el suelo que hacía de pica. La cama no estaba mal , pero no tienes ni ganas de acostarte, tuvimos que poner el saco sábana para poder descansar un poco. Decidimos coger esta guest House por la cercanía al aeropuerto y por la buena puntuación, pero no fue lo que esperábamos. Una lastima porque el anfitrión lo da todo por sus huéspedes.

L’hôte était très gentil Chambre basique mais confortable Nous avons pu manger le repas proposé le soir, attention « Little Spicy » n’est pas little que ça ahah mais c’était délicieux ! Je recommande,

Very happy to have found this place as it’s very convenient for airport use. The owner was one of the friendliest people I’ve met and would do so much for you to make your stay enjoyable,he invited me to eat dinner with him downstairs with his friend and we had a good laugh.

Maybe could be a little more clean (cobwebs in a lot of places) but didn’t affect my stay at all.

Location ideal for a short stay before flying from Surabaya. Herry a great host - very communicative and helpful.

We felt right away at home in Jala guesthouse because of Herry. He is a really lovely person who wants the best for his guests. He helped is with a lot! The bed is by the way really soft and nice.

Dont expect a fancy place, but everything worked out for us.

We had a lovely stay at Jala guesthouse. Herry was such a good host. He was really kind and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at his place and he brought us to the airport. The room is simple but okay and good value for money.

In the evening there was some noise from the streets. Nothing too crazy but if you have an early flight and want to have an early sleep thats something to think about. But otherwise its not an issue at all.

I had a great time staying here for a few days. Herry is an absolute great, friendly and welcoming host! He offered pickup with his car from the airport (which is not too far). I had some issues with my stomach and he helped me buy medicine, his wife even cooked great soup for me to help me get better soon. The rooms are decent and good for the price. If you want to stay a few days in Surabaya and want to have a local experience, go here.

All okay given the price. It’s not a luxury hotel
