La struttura esterna puo migliorare , ma rende magica la differenza con l'interno , non ti aspetti wuanto bella é la stanza , Il proprietario della stanza non puo fare molto per la struttura ma é giusto dirlo

Das Deluxe Studio mit großer Terrasse und Meerblick ist sehr modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Auch der Zugang ist dem Design angepasst. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand.

Der Wohnblock mit Fahrstuhl, Flure und Liegen am Pool sind renovierungsbedürftig. Brotmesser und Gläser sind unvollständig.

"Good place nice close to beach"

Close to beach, nice apartment but you can hear neighbors.

The building needs a lot of repairs & upgrades in the room. Things were falling apart, etc..

L’appartement est agréable, bien décoré et plutôt bien équipé, très propre. La vue est dégagée, pas de vis à vis

C’est une construction des années 60, il y a beaucoup de bruit, on entendait même le réveil des voisins. Malheureusement le béton n’est pas un matériau insonorisé. De plus l’appartement est situé sous le bar de la résidence, assez bruyant mais heureusement il ferme vers 23h. Juste une suggestion d’amélioration : s’il pouvait y avoir un peu plus d’assiettes couverts et verres, c’était un peu juste.
