"Super rural locale."

Nice rustic decor, spacious. Well-maintained included many items in the kitchen that helped make the place feel like home for a week. Very close to many cross-country walks that could be navigated using komoot app. The roads are very narrow as to facilitate walking on them as motorists can't drive fast on them. Chilham (1hr) and Wye (35mins) are walking distance if one's not in a hurry. Great for dogs, bowls and very clean basket provided, though we brought our own.

Shower capacity was quite small, so two of us had to take VERY quick showers under 2 mins each. Could be a challenge for a family staying. That said, environmentally and economically it meant we were 😊
