I can’t say enough great things about our stay! From the easy communication with the owner to our expectations being exceeded by the large, clean condo- we can’t wait to book this place again! The kitchen had everything we needed, the whole condo was kid friendly (kids cups, plates, utensils, mini high chair, mini pack and play, board games.. even a stool we used for the kids in the bathroom!), the over sized balcony had plenty of seating, all bathrooms were large and clean, not to mention being beautifully decorated.

The condo unit was very spacious and comfortable.

The condo building had issues with the elevators breaking down and drainage odor by the 2nd floor elevator

Comfortable with stocked amenities a family needs to enjoy time away at the beach. A few things came up during our stay including an item being left behind and Randy was excellent, Very responsive and helped us problem solve to get our item back. Loved the area, short walk to downtown area that teens loved to visit and shop. Will definitely consider repeating this vacation at this condo!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! And the views from the balcony was breathtaking. Randy the host was awesome. He kept us up to date on everything. I believe we have found our new vacation spot.

Everything. The room was absolutely perfect and the staff was amazing.

The only complaint I could even think of is the bathroom in room 1 wouldn’t flush without having to plunge it but we had 2 others so it wasn’t a big deal.

"Wonderful beautiful and amazing Condo!!"

The condo was clean and comfortable. We loved how comfy the room was and being close to Pier Park where we could have fun. The room was awesome! The owners were friendly and stayed in touch with us to make sure we got checked in and we're ok during some severe weather. Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Only one elevator was in service while the other was being updated. Only a small aggravation and not a big deal.

The listing does not do this property justice. It was very spacious and well appointed. It would be a value at twice the price. Great place with very responsive hosts.

One elevator was out, so there was only one available. Try to schedule around needing the elevator at 10am or 4pm…due to check in and check out time.

Great place, great location, the condo was nice just nice and clean. They were doing some work but it did not get in our way. I would recommend this place and hope to be there again next year. Thanks for the honesty on your location just perfect a walk to Dusty's and the Peir was perfect.
