The facilities was great , new facilities with big swimming pool and gym

Icon Stay Management Sdn Bhd as the host, was terrible, did not allow for any earlier check up, no keys room for each of the separate room (invidual rooms) in the apartments ( I have been experienced my room door was lock and they attended after 2 hours complaints). Due to this issue, they didn't return any of the deposit,RM100 after they give a photo small stain but charges as new bed sheets, Deposit securities was mention that they will charges for extremely dirty, not minor dirts. The damage list was given after the checkout happens and damage list was way to expensive that the reasonable rate charges. They also didnt allow use the car park facilities for the wheelchair user passanger and i found this host did not attentively to provide such facilities and some difficulties. I lodged a report upon this incident happen and hopefully others will not threaten as my stay here. Thanks.

Great swimming pool, close to splashmania which is why we pick it.

Does not have rug especially after shower. No toilet paper.

Nicely decorated unit. However we would suggest the unit be provided with doormat, mop & broom.

It’s not that convenience with the strict card access since there was only 1 card given. We tried to use the stove but it’s not functioning.
