Stunning View from a Private Balcony

Квартира в самом туристическом центре, вид с балкона соответствует фото, выход со двора на туристическую улицу. Было людно и шумно, мы этого не ожидали, но нам это понравилось, очень оживлённо и энергично. Выход во двор тоже интересный, дом-колодец, со всех сторон подсобные помещения ресторанов, музей, в общем некоторая изюминка тоже.

Очень чисто, прекрасная локация, все в шаговой доступности, очень вежливый хозяин!!!

The owner is so kind and helpful specially if you visit Tbilisi for the first time

The host was fantastic, left detailed instructions on how to find it and access the apartment. Also gave recommendations on local restaurants and was more than willing to assist with whatever we required. The apartment was perfect, had everything we needed and was renovated to a high standard with double windows to block out the noise and for better insulation. The view and location was amazing. I will definitely stay here again when we return. 10/10.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke from previous guests.
