Three Bedroom Modern Apartment by Luton Airport and Luton Station

The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The location was suitable for what we needed and there are plenty of amenities in the local area.

There are 3 double bedrooms in the property and 2 additional beds, however there was not sufficient crockery or cutlery to accommodate that many people. There was 2 bowls, one dessert spoon, one teaspoon, 4 forks and 5 knives. So if you plan on eating during your stay please bare this in mind. We managed to aquire some extra dessert spoons on our travels so theres a few more now! The whole place, especially the bathroom needs a really good clean. The skirting boards in the living area have some particularly questionable stains on them. The shower is grim and the whole place just feels very grubby. The hot water runs cold very quickly and is very inconsistent. The heating is poor and the 2 front bedrooms don't get warm at all. My son was freezing during the night. Not sure if the radiators just need bleeding maybe. Its worth pointing out too that if you are travelling with little ones, the windows don't have curtains, just blinds so it gets light in the bedrooms really early. The motion sensor light in the hallway is also ridiculously sensitive and equally annoying 😑. All of the above is really sad as if this apartment was a little better taken care of, it could be really lovely.

Location was good. The booking was made last minute so appreciate the quick turnaround from host. The space provided was decent for the people we needed. I was stressing at first as the number provided was not working for the host but managed to get in touch via booking.com chat. Once we had some form of communication they then acted quickly and we appreciated this as I had a few impatient children. There was an issue with their door code but hosts provided us with a manual key once they got to us.

Toilet seat smaller than the toilet - would recommend them to change that. Unfortunately found a used condom behind a door. Hence why the rating for cleanliness was put down. Worst thing, it was found by the kids. These things are fixable for future stays so don’t let the put you off.

Location was great for access to events and venues in Central Luton. Good eating places nearby.

where to park was a bit of an issue but was resolved thanks to a speedy response from the owner.

It was actually a last minute booking as the one we had booked prior was cancelled. My wife managed to call and speak to someone before we booked. The host communicated with us and was very professional. We discovered my son forgot hos laptop charger when we got back home. I sent a message to host via booking.com and he put it in the post for us. How l wish we had many more hosts like this. We wont hesitate to book the same apartment again in future

Dirty inside and an awful surrounding! The neighborhood was like a backyard in a dump station.
