Minimalist Condo Studio City Tower 2 Filinvest Alabang Muntinlupa

It was in a nice location. The personel was very nice to me. The place has a gym and pool but I didnt use it so dont know how it is. The place has everything close by like a washing place and supermarket next to the appartment.

The apartment was full of cockroaches. I saw more than 10 within the first few hours of my stay. It was so bad that I couldn’t sleep. I’m not someone who is scared of a few cockroaches, but this was truly unbelievable. The place was crawling with them. Every little movement brought out more cockroaches. I left the first night because my asthma flared up and I could hardly breathe. I also didn’t get my money back and just let it go. I’m still suffering from that night. I almost had to go to the emergency room, and I’ve never experienced anything like this in the past 15 years of traveling — and I’ve traveled a lot.

A small room but provided with all facilities for a comfortable stay. The staff at the reception was very helpful

The host was available only by phone but had a good manager who was rather helpful to resolve a critical issue late in the evening

No TV, No breakfast, NO WIFI! When my fiance arrived, I was unaware that there was an extra step in the booking process for picking up the key. A VERY UNUSUAL step, so this left her without a room for a couple of hours until I could get it sorted out, and my understanding is that not knowing this additional pre check in could have caused us to loose the room if they were all booked up!

The host is accomodating. She did her best to meet our concerns.

Kitchenette is provided but there is no exhaust. We had to turn on the exhaust fan in the douche while cooking.
