The apartment is lovely and well appointed. The owner provided clear instructions for entering the palazzo and apartment. The entryway of the building is stunning and reflects the old grandeur of the palace. The location is perfect for visiting the Strada Nuova museums, the Duomo, etc and the neighborhood has lots of restaurants and bar and lots of local color. The street is quiet and in the pedestrian area of the old city.

The owner doesn’t have a lot of time apparently to answer questions about restaurants and other details and often didn’t respond to such questions. But that’s often true with apartments and not unexpected. The neighborhood is colorful with a full range of human commerce, some of which may make some individuals uncomfortable. We simply avoided some streets. However we never felt unsafe. In any case we’d happily stay again.

Situation géographique

Un bruit infernal tous les soirs avec l installation d un restaurant sur la placette sous les fenêtres donc impossible de dormir avant 1h du matin jusqu au retrait des tables ce qui ne figurait pas dans le descriptif et pas de climatisation malgré une chaleur étouffante. Location à fuire si on veut se reposer un minimum.

Perfect location, close to everything. Impeccably clean, comfortable bed, nice linen, everything you would need in the kitchen. Great communication with Bea via Whatsapp. Loved my stay her, highly recommended!

Not a problem for me at all, but be aware there is no aircon.

The location of the apartment is very good, located near the sea and inside the historic district. The apartment had everything, was very clean and if something was missing the owner was very helpful. Communication was very good with the him and in addition gave us a solution for our luggage storage.

Everything was good. Need to keep an eye out in the neighborhood, but this doesn’t have anything to do with the apartment, the city center is like that.

It was a family trip. Everything was fine. The place was refreshed and clean and nice to spend time. A good starting point to visit Genoa. Close to train and bus stations (to see e.g. Portofino, Milan or or nearby beaches). Good contact with the host :)

PS. A small request - maybe a coffee pot for an induction please :)

Spacious, modern and comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. The bed and sofa bes are both very comfortable. Fully fitted kitchen with all you might need and a washing machine in the bathroom. There is an elevator in the building. The directions were easy to follow and google maps took us straight there. The check in was very easy.

We could not fault anything in the apartment. Something very small is that a shower caddy will be handy to put your soaps and shampoos. The area is very interesting and full of history. It might seem dodgy in some ways but we (two women) did not feel unsafe. We could walk to many sights from where the apartment is. Public transport is very accessible.
