Premium CITY APARTMENT near Harry Potter Studio and Luton Airport

Location was good, nice facilities such as bathroom and kitchen area. Good communication with host throughout. Lovely cafe nearby called Marlowes. Would probably stay again.

Unfortunately only 3 large dinner plates available but there were 4 of us. Not a big deal but may be for future guests. We arrived back to the apartment late on two of the nights we stayed and out dedicated parking space had been taken by someone else. Not the hosts fault at all but could happen to someone else.

Location very central for amenities bars restaurants and taxis great cafe opposite and designated free parking the bedroom is an apartment on its own MASSIVE

Everything was so easy, communication with host was great, instructions were very clear and apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless with everything we needed. A lot of thought has gone into this accomodation and the best I have stayed in.

Brilliant location to shops and close by for Harry Potter world which we was needing

Really easy - instructions from the host were incredibly clear.

Caveat: we were only staying one night, so didn't give the host an opportunity to fix any of the issues during our stay; 1) The blinds need fixing, they are broken and let id a lot of light 2) some areas of the property aren't clean (such as under the sofa bed, which becomes evident once you pull it out to use as a sofa bed). 3) we weren't able to use the parking spot as there was a car in it 4) 2 towels provided for a property that sleeps 4, and conditioner provided but not shampoo. There was also no soap in the bathroom when we arrived.

The apartment's location is in the centre of Hemel Hempstead.

What we didn't like: 1. On our arrival we had to call someone and wait for that person to bring the key. We had to wait longer than she asked us to. 2. We booked three persons apartment and we got one double bed room and a broom box (a really small cubicle. Small room) - something like Harry Potter lived under the stairs. 3. The apartment we got didn't match the description on Booking.com - In the living room there should be table for three but we got only two dirty artificial leather chairs. 4. In the description of a Bed room there was wooden floor mentioned (floor panels) but in reality there was fabric floor covering, which was cleaned God knows when. 5. We had no teaspoons. For tea or coffee we had to use soupspoons. 6. In the bathroom, the shower pipe was leaking, well not leaking - it had a big hole, which caused the bathroom floor completely wet every time we showered. 7. THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THE WEED SMELL in the staircase and in the apartment. Unbelievable! 8. The windows were really dirty. 9. The curtains were cleaned maybe last year at least. These are the mayor issues. Things such as a main wall in the living room painted only in the centre or Netflix running on turtle mode are not worth mentioning.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and very modern, beds and sofa bed very comfy

The only negative we really had was the blinds in the living room, they were broken and didn’t keep out any light so it was quite challenging to sleep in there (would recommend bringing an eye mask!)
