Unique, loft-style apartment with fantastic Brighton Marina views

The cutest ..quirky.....little apartment...amazing view from the balcony...everything u could need 2 hand except a fan it's quite hot but we left the curtains drawn while we were out & it was fine.....parking could b a little closer but is free & secure sum restraints along the marina...& Only a number7 bus outside McDonald's about a 15min rd into central Brighton ...Paul was very helpful wiv all the details that we needed thank u ☺️

The outside was a bit of a surprise, when first saw it.

Full of all the useful stuff, beautifully decorated, good heating, wonderful views, easy check in, super helpful host.

Bit of a poor shower. Manageable but not exactly powerful. It wouldn’t stop me staying again though.

A more comfortable mattress perhaps

This is a quirky accommodation rising and falling with the tide though you're not aware of the movement as everything around you rises and falls too. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning looking out across the marina watching fishing boats and yachts coming and going. It was quiet but close to all the amenities nearby.

The staircase to the bedroom is a little steep but once we got the hang of it we felt it added to the uniqueness of the place. The mattress was not the best, we had a laugh every time we rolled to the middle. Unfortunately there is no microwave despite plenty of room for a bracket mounted one. It would have made self catering easier. The sink and basin water runs extremely slowly which again made us laugh as we started running the washing up bowl before we started cooking. The shower on the other hand had a good flow.
