The apartment itself really deserves to be rated as "excellent", everything is new and of modern design. It even has a coffee-machine. New and well-maintained apartment complex. Bar-countertop and high-chairs - ideal to work while on business trip. Mountains view - a great inspiration.

Exhaust ventilation fan in the bathroom didn't work, lockbox and apartment locks are very fiddly - difficult to open, the location outside of walking distance to any shops or anything - due to hilly terrain.
