"Great Location, Comfort needs to be improved"

Great location in a safe area and close to train station for a short ride to downtown, beds were comfortable

Room wasn't ready when we arrived came back a couple of hours later and all was ok Headroom was restricted due to sloping roof:ceiling Air con was too nosy at night

This property was everything it said it would be! Perfect location, Smells Soooooo Amazing, Very private and CLEAN!!!! Mostly Comfy Cozy.

"Didn’t even get out of the car. Booked a hotel so we are out our money."

Nothing

We didn’t even get out of the car to go inside it was in such a bad neighborhood. On the way to the property we saw several cop cars that had their lights on with stopped people. We drove by the house and the screen door was wide open and in the driveway there was a car with a busted out window with a garbage bag over it. Don’t stay here. Messaged the owner to state that we did not feel safe there. No reply.

Very clean, good location to subway, modern enough in kitchen and bathroom, free Kuerig coffee, tv, good bed.

Old aircon unit. Food desert for vegetables at local markets.

You definitely get more than you pay for it! This is a great value for 4 people and the owner is very personal and helpful especially when you communicate with her! Great experience! recommended! I'm glad I booked my stay here!

"Clean, convenient and budget friendly"

Our stay was extremely pleasant. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the Metro made it a convenient location for sightseeing and touring of Washington DC. and surrounding areas.

Everything was great.
