Hideaway between Coast and Moors in a beautiful Village apartment

Very close to the seaside, the beautiful village of Whitby and the steam train. Easy to find with secure parking space in a quiet area. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped kitchen, good size shower and very clean.The patio is very nice especially on a glorious day.

The mattress is worn out and both of us got backache as it was very uncomfortable.

It had everything we needed, easy heating system, & the bed was so comfy! Very handy for Whitby, & for doing some of the Cleveland Way (making use of the local buses for linear walks). Very comprehensive local info was provided.

The wifi was a bit slow at times but not enough to be a problem for us.

A perfect place to stay in a lovely little village close to Whitby. The Hideaway was comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge and biscuits on arrival. Very clean & a comfy bed too. The information folder was really useful and we enjoyed a nice meal at the Plough just up the road and also stocked up from the recommended butchers & visited the local bakery. The phone number for a reliable local taxi service was helpful and we had a great day out in Whitby. Thank you Sarena & Clive for a lovely Easter weekend. We would recommend the Hideaway.

great location, comfy bed and spotlessly clean.

Cosy and stylish hideaway. Super comfy bed. Private outdoor seating perfect for coffee in the morning. Very attentive hosts with a wealth of local knowledge. Lovely soft and fresh towels. Well equipped - had everything we needed and more.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
