Hotel O Rana Residency Near Western Express Highway Metro Station

I have never ever seen such a horible rooms and service in my life. They give used room to guest and also worst property. Bath room flesh was not in use no hot water not clean bed, it was used bed dirty bed. Room is full of mosquito. Room is full of dirty and used condom,. Bad attitude staff.

It's a fraud hotel. They have listed themselves on OYO so that people can book their property from OYO and once these guests arrive at the property, they actually charge them double the original amount or ask them to leave. Now since one may have arrived at the night time or may not have last minute booking options elsewhere, this hotel manages to commit this fraud. It's criminal. I made OYO aware of it, and I am taking it to civil court. If booking.com does not remove this hotel from its listed bookings, will have to take action against booking.com too.
