Nice house in good location...very warm. Sofa small for number of guests Comfortable beds...quiet...car port... Would have liked the door chain to work for extra security...didn't receive a text with code for key safe so had to phone to request...email arrived at 9pm with code? We only needed a one night stay to attend a memorial service....it seemed to be very well equipped for a longer stay. Nice garden for warmer weather.

Exactly as advertised, perfect for a quick and cheap 1 night stay. Host allowed a late checkout which was much appreciated.

No bins upstairs. No hot water on top floor. Old cigarette butts in a can in the garden. Not enough seating for 8 people.

Good decor nice clean lines, warm but a little too hot even when heating was off and windows open. My bed was comfy but other room on top floor with ensuite wasn't as comfy I was told. Easy check in

Not enough seating in living room for amount of people house sleeps. Could do with a larger lamp in lounge for relaxed lighting. Small wasnt bright enough

Shower Head to upstairs ensuite needs replacing, water didn’t come out very well.

"Perfect had a great time."

The property was a great spot to where we needed to go. Everything close to hand, house itself was spotless, OMG the beds were super comfy and never felt bedsheets so soft, so good. Overall a great stay.

My only one complaint was the living room was hard to heat.
