Great location, walking distance to all the main spots. A really clean, comfortable apartment. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was great for a big family. The outdoor area was a wonderful addition.

Very minor but to take the bins out is a walk down the alley.

Really liked the flat; 3 double rooms, big living / dining area, well stocked kitchen, lovely outside space, near to centre of town, couldn't fault it really....

Errr.......struggling a bit here to be honest....can't actually think of anything I didn't like....

Perfect location, so immaculately clean, lovely cool air con, 3 big bedrooms, the en suite room is more like a seperate apartment itself, very quiet. We were a party of 6, 1 couple and 1 family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers). We (couple of 2) didn't hear anything from the other rooms such is the distance from the rooms and dual doors shutting sounds out..the patio area is huge and so so nice, sun from 10 ish through to 230 pm ish, great facilities, beds so comfortable...superh bathrooms (1 en suite and 1 in the middles of the other 2 dohble bedrooms) exceptionally good value for money...location, 300 metres from local shops and 600m from the main square..Bologna is a gem of a city....known for its authenticity and incredible restaurants.....we have never been before. We stayed here for 4 days before a cruise from Ravenna....for anyone going on a cruise from Ravenna and not sure whether to stay in Venice or Bologna, Bologna by far the better choice, less tourists, Authentic, amazing sensibly priced food, stunning buildings, looks even better at night...for us Venice is nowhere near as nice as Bologna...and this property over delivers on everything, loved staying there, Emma met us at the property, helped us settle in, providing information on our stay...

Excellent location. Well thought out property with everything you could need. Set up with young children in mind. Our 5yo and 8yo had plenty of space to play.

It was a great experience overall. Highly recommend.

Really nice apartment in a quiet location close to city center. Supermarket and coffee bar close by. We enjoyed the nice outdoor area. Thanks Marco for helping us with a late check out as well 🙏

Marcello, who greeted us, was lovely and I can't fault him.

the fridge didn't work and all the food we bought went off. The plug in the bathroom for the hairdryer didn't work unless you held it in. The shower in the upstairs bathroom had black stuff all around the shower and didn't feel healthy.

Very quiet, lots of light, comfortable beds

The thermostat was in a closet right next to the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi search to heat up the temperature next to the thermostat so it did not read correctly. It was impossible to get the temperature right in this very cold apartment without leaving the doors to the closet open, it was made more difficult by the fact that a hallway window had been left open before we arrived that we didn’t notice until the second day.
