Drakes Nest Plymouth City Centre Location and FREE PARKING

Drakes Nest is in a lovely quiet location, yet within walking distance of all Plymouth's attractions...it also has excellent bus and road links into the City. The flat, is spacious, light and airy and exceptionally well maintained and both bedrooms are very spacious, with comfortable beds, and tasteful furnishings. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to self cater if you wish. It was great to have a parking space, and know that if you took the car out, you had no problems parking when you returned. The flat is in a nice area. Visit Alma Yard a 2 minute walk away which is home to the wonderful Heyl's Bakery and some lovely independent creative spaces. We also enjoyed Vessel Beer Shop on Exeter Street a wonderful beer cafe, where you can order in your own food and enjoy over a beer....we ordered from Boon Tong Dha (which is next door and it was superb). Correspondence from the owner Martin regarding gate codes etc was detailed and self explanatory. We had no reason to contact him during our stay. Excellent value for money too.

We loved everything about Drakes Nest and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends or stay again.

Great location to ask local amenities, fantastic and beautiful cottage and incredibly helpful owner. Well worth visiting.

I loved everything about this property. I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and none of them have been so lovely. I loved the decor, old meets new style, there’s so much space in every room and it has everything you could possibly need in a self catering accommodation. The place is spotlessly clean and I was so impressed with having constant hot water. Previously in other accommodation, we’ve been lucky to have one hot bath and then Luke warm to cold but this place was excellent….so comfortable and would gladly stay again.

My one and only little upset was dislike from neighbours about parking my car in the courtyard, even though the space was allocated for the property I was in.

Great accomodation, very modern, clean and a good location 10 mins walk to pubs and restaurants. Everything you need in the accomodation. Would definitely book again, if in area Many thanks
