It’s a very lovely home. The owner is very nice.

I was told after paying for my stay that I was going to have to pay a cleaning fee of $250.00, which I did. Booking.com said, “you don’t have to pay the fee of $250.00, however, you will be reimbursed by booking.com if you pay the fee. Please pay the fee to make the transaction go smoothly…” Now, booking.com is being a terrible company and delaying my reimbursement. This ruined my experience and I will never ever use booking.com again.

We loved that the property owner communicated that the house was ready for our arrival prior to check-in. That very simple touch of customer service let me know that if there were any issues, the owner would be available. The house was immaculate and felt welcoming. We all commented that it felt more like visiting a family members home rather than a stuffy rental property. We sang Dana's praises during our entire stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We'd brought along lobster tails, stone crabs, champagne and an array of other food to prepare a birthday dinner. Cutting boards, claw crackers, wine openers, WINE STOPPERS, cleavers for the lobster... a Keurig with a selection of coffee blends. Also noteworthy is that we'd made plans to go out to the movies but opted to stay at the property to watch the NBA playoffs, make Smores at the firepit and have cocktails under the gazebo. I will definitely stay here again. Oh, check out was at 11:00AM, as we were backing the car out from the property, the cleaning company was pulling in. I was impressed!
