Location was perfect to explore Cinque Terre. The property was bright and modernly decorated while retaining some cool brick and rock features. We appreciated having a washing machine to refresh our clothing. We felt like residents getting to hang our laundry out on the line! Kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was comfy. The staff were very proactive with providing welcome and necessary documents ahead of our stay.

Not having wifi was a bit of a challenge but we did locate a cafe nearby where we could do our necessary tasks. Even though the cave wall in the bathroom was cool, the damp smell was not. There was a dehumidifier which we kept on as directed.

It really wasn't clean than how the picture showed itself. Disappointed by it quite much and didn't like the way host introduced us the accomodation. I wished there were more in-person-introduction for visitors to feel safe, home-like.

Huoneisto oli likainen. Pinttynyt homeen haju häiritsi ja allergikolle aiheutti jopa oireita.Keittiön astioista osa oli homeisia ja likaisia joten niitä ei tullut käytettyä.

Location is perfect, 7 minutes from the train station. Compared to other hotels, access is really easy through few stair steps on the first floor. Cafes nearby are perfect. The apartment is well-equipped: hair dryer towels washing maschine fridge and dishwasher. The are is wonderful food, beach, nightlife :)

It is humid but the owner installed several machines. The apartment wasn't very clean, but acceptable. The windows are to the cafes side so if you are a light sleeper could be tricky in summer, but for us we loved it.

Super fin lejlighed, med mega god beliggenhed, kun få minutter fra togstationen. Der var god aircondition, der virkede super godt.

Det dryssede ned fra loftet med maling, og der var ret fugtigt i lejligheden. Der var ingen mørklægnings gardiner. En form for udsugningen larmede konstant, som man ikke kunne slukke. Meget larm om morgen, fra gaden fra skraldebilerne.

Great location with everything we needed.

A stunning, well equipped apartment that was spacious, light and comfortable. Right in the heart of Riomaggiore so everything was right on the door step. Excellent communication from the host. Unique and perfect in every way ❤️

We loved everything

Location was great. Right in the middle of Riomaggiore.

There was mold literally hanging from the kitchen ceiling when we arrived. The mold had pushed through the ceiling paint and there were paint chips all over the ground, stove, and table. To their credit, they sent someone to take off the mold, but this person also left a mess behind (paint chips all over the kitchen table). The place clearly has an issue with moisture, and we ended up leaving two days early due to the poor weather and the conditions of the apartment. Typically, we wouldn't mind sticking it out through poor weather, but we were so uncomfortable indoors, we decided it was best to just leave early.

We were extremely disappointed & appalled that we were not briefed about the key collection procedure & the password before we arrived. We were first time in Riomagiorre and there was no one to receive us or guide us. We called the contact number provided and could not reach anyone to talk to. Luckily, we met a girl visiting the apartment who kindly assisted to call for us again & managed to get the password from the hotel operator. The experience was simply harrowing & atrocious. Note: Wish to clarify we did not receive your self check in message on the morning of our arrival in Italy. You should have briefed us on the check-in procedure a few days earlier when you collected our payments & before we departed for Italy. The wifi instruction was also not given to us until we called you after eventually getting access into the apartment after much agony & harrowing moments. Another thing is you keep sending email in Italian despite our request to email us in English. Badly organised & very poor customer experience.

No hospitality whatsoever. Very very disappointing. Harrowing experience.

As the building is partly built into cliff, some humidity comes from it, therefore dampness can be smelled in the air. But the apartment is equipped with dryers, so it helps a bit.
