When coming back from a baseball game. Not knowing how to get in. The front desk staff around 11pm was kinda rude when talking us that we need to use our room key to get in. Instead of politely coaching us on how to enter the hotel.
Room was AMAZING, NICE AND CLEAN. Check in staff was not nice, but check out staff was GREAT. Breakfast had a variety of food, pastries and drinks...
Room was clean enough but very small. Not used to such a small space. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

I am not given an invoice for the stay inspite of requesting several times in person and through booking.com messages. I still have not received the invoice, without which I loose a huge amount of money
