On the morning of February 28th, the reception staff were extremely rude. We are guests in room 606, and my mother and I wanted to have breakfast. We offered to pay, but the receptionist's first words were, "What’s is your problem? The breakfast needs to pay." I replied, "I know it costs money, and I already said I was willing to pay. Can I pay by card?" Please punish this employee or have him undergo retraining. All other staff members were friendly, polite, and treated customers well. This is my opinion of your hotel. Thank you.

Buena ubicación

Camas incómodas (tienen un plástico encima del colchón), más que un hotel serían habitaciones de un edificio compartidas con otros inquilinos y hoteles. En foto parece mucho mejor de lo que es en vivo.

This is a hotel shared with other hotels, so the next door could be a room for a different hotel. Anyway, it's located in a lively block in Nampodong that has those outdoor vendors with food (pojang macha). About two minutes walk to bypung (kangtong) market, and two minutes walk to jagalchi station, so it's in a super convenient location. The lobby is located on the third floor and the front staffs are very friendly. The room is very clean as well with a water purifier in the room. You can also leave your luggage in the lobby. The only thing is that the hotel building is not located in a major street, and there are pojangmachas near the building as well as some really old looking buildings, so the surrounding is not "fancy".

スタッフさんがとても丁寧で親切。日本語で普通に対応してくれて、タクシーの手配から行きたい所への行き方など親切に教えてくれる。

지하철이 매우 가깝고 주변에 전통시장과 쇼핑몰 ,식당등이 가까워서 좋았고 객실도 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 수건도 잘 보충해주어서 좋았습니다
