Pont de Val Studio Apartments

Breakfast took nearly an hour to serve, but when it was served it was good

We asked for an early check in and it wasn't arranged on arrival. I asked three days in advance and only received the approval they day after we after arrived. The spa treatment of a deep cleanse facial was basically just repetitive washing and no real deep cleanse.

The scenery, the room was really comfortable and quiet. I could rest well.

Booking price was R3.8K on Booking.com and it increased on the property to R5.8k.

I liked the views. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

There was no attention given to the overall ambiance of the apartment. One side of the curtain was not ironed it was creased the other side ea torn. The ceiling had repair work that was not painted. The wardrope hinge was loose. The place gets noisy during the day. Had to shower with lukewarm water on the last morning, no hot water

Beautiful spacious apartment, with great facilities. Apartment is well equipped and so comfortable. Susan from reception was outstanding in her service.

This apartment is situated in Pont De Val East in the winery village, and overlooks the picnic area. If you prefer a better view, rather book the apartments in Pont De Val where the boutique hotel is situated. We did not realise that there are two locations in the estate. It is quieter there and much more beautiful scenery for a couple. The music playing through the winery and apartments are quite loud, and is switched on in the mornings
