Don't Book this property 🙏 ..Bathroom is very bad smell, shower opener not working, Aircond terrible sound, no wardrobe and dining table, after i checkout asking refund no response from the property management. many times, call and messages no response. after 20 hours i whatsapp to property management if not refund within 1 hour ill make police report then only he refund .don't book this property 🙏. Don't book .. booking.com, please remove this property from your website.

Nothing, except for the building is quite decent but the property itself has so much to complain.

The toilet is very smelly, to the point it cannot be endure the moment we open the toilet door. That’s a very foul smell coming from the toilet. The bed is about to fall from the so called “bed frame”. Even after we complain to the owner, they take no action. They even highlighted that the guest before this never file any complaint during their stay, which is not reliable because we are the one who facing the discomfort during our stay here. We are required to pay a refundable deposit of RM300 to the owner before check-in, but they deducted RM50 during the refund, claiming the unit was "very dirty." This is despite the fact that we already paid RM60 for cleaning fees during the booking. I find this to be highly improper and suspect it may be a scam.

Never ever book this plance. There was literaly nothing to like. It was the worst experience of my life. No receptionist/concierge. No one can be found even after texting emailing, there was no response from them.. No hand wash present no toilet paper nothing has been provided. I was there for 10 days.. No one came to clean the room, change the sheets and everuthing. They are bloody a********s nothing else. No blinded curtains present so be ready to wake up at 6 7 in the morning as you are not on holidays but at work. .

No basic amenities present in the room. The pictures are fake that have been uploaded at your site. I want you to take an action and compensate me. And the bed!?? My God.. Its like you are better off sleeping on tiles than this bloody mattress which has given me pains in the back and neck. The moment you sit aur lie down in it, you will get to know its going inside and inside like a pot hole on the road and hard. My God look at the cups that have been provided to dribk tea coffee, etc.
