Lovely Townhome in Pensacola - Cozy & Modern Retreat

The location was convenient, the kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking. The price was good.

The mattress in the master bedroom feels very old and springy. But the other mattress in the 2nd room was great, that was so sad. It was really uncomfortable. The frame of the bed was EXTREMELY squeaky, and I bet all it needs is the screws tightened. The walls are super thin, so I could hear the neighbors the whole stay, I didn't think they'd be a problem because they were quite my previous stay. But the first night, they just blasted the TV until around 3am. During the day, you can hear kids and some woman yelling. Like I heard the woman yell pretty much every day lol. It got to the point where I just had to play my phone next to my head to ignore it at night (there's no TV in the master). I also couldn't turn the ceiling fan up any higher because it'd start squealing really loud, I'm sure that W-D40 would fix it, or a new fan. In the bathroom, I found long curly hairs on some towels (definitely not mine lol) and in the drawers where the hair dryer and styling brush are. The closet doors for the laundry are super wonky, so you can't keep both closed. The water comes out of the fridge EXTREMELY slow because it desperately needs a new water filter. The two chairs in the backyard are pretty worn down. We had fixed the wine opener in the plastic wine bottle because it was broken. This used to be a great place, but you can tell there's no basic maintenance being done. It was extremely disappointing.

Very nice facility.

Had a couple of small issues with appliances but the host came right over and resolved them.

The size of the home and how clean it was.

Not enough cooking supplies

House is just like in the pictures, it's a lovely home in a quiet location. Wardrobes aand bedrooms are all a good size, with a very nice walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom. The hosts were excellent to deal with, they always replied promptly and were very professional, polite and nice. The locking mechanism on the door means I never had to worry about losing a key, there was a really good size fridge and a good size freezer, There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen. If I ever visited Pensacola again I'd be happy to book again if it was available, I'd look for it.

Just a couple of small things, although in general there was a well stocked kitchen from a utensil perspective, the frying pan was very small though, really only good for a fried egg. The bed in the master bedroom was squeaky, I only slept one night in the master and slept the rest of the nights in the other room with a queen size bed. Only other issue was the lack of toilet paper, I went and bought some myself or I would have ran out. I believe the hosts probably would have been happy to drop more over but it seemed a trivial thing to bother them with so I just bought some myself.
