ZANothing, because we were disappointed to get there and told us they are fully booked where as we booked through you and paid our money.
Is to find out that we don't have a room but we paid. And now you don't give back our money.

The condition of the room and fittings are atrocious. Bed side lights did not work Room window jammed closed with cloths. No idea why. Electrical plugs and light switch are filthy dirty and stained Toilet seat damaged and un-usable Shower floor drain filthy dirty Shower floor tiles in way of access in poor condition and stained Wash basin tap fittings loose General paintwork of walls, is old and dis-coloured Clothing cupboard handles broken Shower water luke warm and very little pressure The B&B boasts 3 star rating according to its brochure. It doesn't deserve any rating at all. The description on the brochure does not correspond to any of its attributes.
