Jó lokáció, rugalmas bejelentkezés,kényelmes ágy

Nem volt 8 nap alatt takarítás, a szemetet nem tudtuk hova rakni, az ajtó elé raktuk, de a takarító leszidott. Át akartak verni 40 eur idegenforgalmi adóval, hamarabb akarták 1 órával, hogy kijelentkezzünk, a szomszéd kiabált,hogy nem ürítjük a légkondi víz kannáját, az ablak nem szigetelt, a fürdőben a szaniterek töröttek,ócskák

Niente, mai stato in una struttura così zozza come quella, addirittura le federe e le lenzuola non erano pulite.. il bagno neanche a parlarne, puzza di scarichi, rubinetti che spruzzavano acqua da tutte le parti all’infuori del centro. Che dire, terribile!!

Szuper helyen van, tágad szoba. Minden nap van takarítás. A szállásadó kommunikatív volt.

La camera si presenta molto spaziosa e accogliente. Abbiamo trovato bottigliette di acqua lasciate per noi, molto gradite ma peccato non fossero naturali. 2 cuscini in più sul letto sarebbero stati l'ideale. L'ambiente molto pulito, eservizi essenziali ma in bagno c'era uno strano odore. Lo staff super disponibile.

Un b&b molto curato e pulito, con lenzuola ed asciugamani nuovi fatti trovare in camera. Lo consiglio! Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Grazie!

It served its purpose, which was a night stop close to the airport for an early flight. The location is OK, there is nothing of importance in the area and a taxi to the airport is fixed at 25 - 30 depending on time of day. It's expensive for just a 3 km trip. Fiumincino for a beach trip is nice in the summer and this place is a 15 min walk from the sea and nightlife. Complementary water which was nice.

Very dated. It needs a face lift. The bathroom is horrible and reminds me of a hospital in the 70s. No shower curtain so water everywhere. Broken curtain and 0 decoration on the walls. Never met the owner. Just a video with instructions and the normal spiel about paying yet more tax in Italy.
