Absolutely nothing. The only relative positive is the location. The fact that it's close to the airport means nothing, however, as the price for the taxis in Fiumucino are fixed at 35 euros.

It was incredibly dirty - muddy shoe marks on the floor in the bathroom, lizard on the wall, clearly unwashed bedsheets which reeked of at least 10 other people sleeping in them before us, an opened shower gel packet in the shower cabin. It was extremely disgusting.

The towels were wet, like they had been washed and not dried well. The location is not close to the station if you have luggage.

Location great. Close to a very nice restaurant and not far from the airport. Safe area.

Although we were comfortable I do wish wish there would have been extra pillows.

Connected to the airport with bus just during the day 8-20 otherwise with taxi (can be provide from the host) quite expensive. Room it’s really big but unfortunately was not clean as expected, quality price a bit expensive.
