I would not recommend this property to anyone While the apartment has a good location, our experience was extremely disappointing. The listing advertises two bedrooms, but this is misleading. In reality, there is only one proper bedroom and an open loft area with a sofa bed that is completely uncomfortable. This cannot be considered a second bedroom. The loft is poorly designed, with a skylight that lets in too much light, making it impossible to rest. It is separated from the living room by sliding panels, providing no privacy and being very noisy. The listing only shows photos of the main bedroom, which is confusing and somewhat deceptive. Had I known what the “second bedroom” actually was, I would have never booked this place. We were two people with different schedules and were given just one key. This was a huge inconvenience, as it required constant coordination and disrupted our plans. There was no option to leave the key in a lockbox or similar system, meaning one person always had to stay awake or remain in the apartment to let the other in. When we requested a second key, we were told, “If you want that, you should have stayed in a hotel.” Completely unhelpful. On top of this, the apartment flooded when it rained. The entire place was soaked, and we sent videos of the damage to the host, who seemed surprised — which was odd given the extent of the issue. This added to our dissatisfaction, especially since we were already frustrated with the misleading second bedroom and key situation. The loft area is also impractical. It’s extremely low, and if you are taller than 1.70 meters, you will constantly hit your head on the stairs or ceiling. This space is clearly not functional as a bedroom. Finally, the host’s attitude was unprofessional and borderline rude. Communication was unhelpful and dismissive, which only made an already bad experience worse. Overall, this was my worst experience on Booking. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free.

Amazing place, beautiful localisation near Teatro Massimo Bellini. All you need is there. Very helpful host that provide interesting places near by via whatsapp. Yes, a lot of stairs but after couple of pizzas, brioches and aperols it’s good for your butt ;)

Very quaint and quirky apartment, much bigger than the pictures suggest. Lots of space and in a fabulous central location. Very comfy beds. Facilities were excellent.

Reduced head height in some places, but this was part of its charm. The middle bedroom is a walk through, so it's not private.

Very unpleasant welcoming, not even "hello welcome " or to ask if we need a help about luggage as apartment is on the highest level without elevator. Furniture is old and could be cleaned at least (look at the photos) Unfortunately photos on booking don't match with reality. There was an extra cost for kids 4 years old who slept in the same bad👎 and they requested 150€ additional to pay in cash before check-in !! Apartment is located in city center where is busy traffic all night long and not possible to sleep at all,very loud cause there is a lot of bars around as well . Very negative experience and not recommended at all !!!

Location

Would appreciate if in description owner writes that how many steps we have to climb to get to the property. It’s in the loft and with luggage climbing the stairs wasn’t easy. Beds extremely uncomfortable.Mattress are too old and definitely need new ones and Air conditioning only worked in one bedroom and another bedroom Air conditioning didn’t work. As the apartment is on the top floor .. it gets extremely hot and unbearable.
