"Exceptional"

The place is so nice and relaxing. The host was very accommodating and provided good customer service. She kept you on the loop about the booking and what is expected. I don't need to be the one chasing them for gate passes etc. Will be using the service again. Highly recommended!

It is a beautiful resort

It is totally unacceptable to have to pay to use the pool area as a visitor. The worst part is that there is NO information about having to pay to use the pool as a guest on the property information before you arrive or before you finalize your booking. This is a very negative thing.
