Villa KaTess with heated pool

It was amazing vacation. Long time before, I had a dream to try living in private house near to the sea. We choose this villa and we are 100% sure it was our best decision. We traveled in a group of 5 people: 4 adults and 1 child(3y.o.). This house has enough pleace for all of us, our son had separate room, toys(huge thanks for house owners who has a child too and understand how important it is) and amazing place for plays outdoor. Very comfort swimming pool with stairs on witch my son sat and played with toys. Crystal pure and warm water in swimming pool. House and actually kitchen should have my separate great feedback! it was completely fully equipped and it’s not only about plates and spoons, it’s about really fill that u are at home. All starting from salt, olive oil, pepper …. and to cookies, pasta and rise. I just can’t enumerate goods we hade in kitchen. Actually the same about bathroom and…. it can be very long feedback but the most important advantage is very friendly house owners who always care about us. In the morning we found new toys near swimming pool, when they change laundry they left puzzles for my son and it was sooooo sweet and pleasant!

This was, without any doubt, one of the best houses we had ever stayed on during our holidays. It is on an excellent location just 5-minute walk from the old town center as well as 5-minute walk from the beaches. On the other side, the neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, right next to Marjan Park Forest where you can take a 10-min hike to see the breath-taking view of the City of Split. The place was super clean, house had everything that we needed and the owners were great, always available for responding questions and super responsive with us every step of the way. They even helped us to set up tours and transfers. The outdoor area is a real paradise with a fantastic pool, children's playground, garden full of different flowers and trees and a lounge with a beautiful sea view. Having a free parking in the shadow and a private pool on such a location its a real luxury. I strongly recommend for everyone planing to spend holidays in the charming town of Split.
