Receptionist Liz super helpful and friendly amazing service also kaitlyn I think younger blonde girl helpful and friendly , Bar staff all brilliant , housekeeping also extremely good no issues here , can’t wait for the refurb , food really good

The bar and restaurant and overall look of the hotel although currently being refurbished. The head waiter i the restaurant was very helpful and friendly and the food was very good 👍

The shower didn't work

The bed was old and uncomfortable. The furniture in the room was old and dated. Promote themselves as dog friendly but a page full of rules greeted us on arrival. Not pet friendly at all At breakfast we felt a little like an inconvenience to them Such a shame as venue has so much potential - everything and everyone just needs to step up a bit

Room comfortable, and warm and clean Breakfast delicious Dinner delicious and exceptional first night, but night two food got a little muddled with the party I was with Staff friendly

Perhaps there could have been some heating in the room that our party had our evening meal, everyone was a little chilly , and although we had all put our order in on a sheet of paper with our names , earlier in the day, the order was mixed up at dinner
