DEDie Lage zum Strand und der Blick in den Garten waren sehr gut. Ich hatte Glück, dass ich die Hälfte meines Aufenthalts die Anlage alleine nutzen konnte. Ansonsten ist es sehr hellhörig und man sitzt eng aufeinander. Bei Vollbelegung der 5 Appartements bekäme man keine Ruhe und der Garten wäre voller Autos.
Es gab wohl einen Managerwechsel, da ich mich den Bewertungen und Schilderungen hier vom letzten Jahr nicht anschließen kann. Das Mobiliar ist eher aus den 80ern und Schränke und Küchenausstattung müssten dringend erneuert werden. Menschen, die Probleme mit Sauberkeit haben werden sich hier nicht wohlfühlen.
PLWe had a very pleasant stay overall and left with good impressions. The location is really lovely, very close to the sea, which can be gently heard in the background almost all the time. The garden is beautiful, very well maintained, and creates a relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and there is also a good choice of tavernas in the area, which is a big plus. There are a few things that could be improved and would make the stay even better. The kitchen equipment is quite basic by today’s standards, and the kitchen area could definitely use better lighting, especially when preparing meals. It is also worth noting that the bedroom is on a mezzanine level, and the stairs leading to it are very steep, so this may not be ideal or safe for older guests or families with small children. Unfortunately, the mattresses were not very comfortable for us, although this may simply be a matter of personal preference. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place. With a few small improvements, it could become even better.
The kitchen equipment needs more attention. The frying pan was very worn out and no longer seemed to have a proper non-stick coating, so it should be replaced. The plastic cutting board was also in very poor condition — it was heavily worn, and small pieces of plastic were coming off. In our opinion, this may pose a health risk and these items should definitely be replaced before the next guests arrive.

ITAppartamento a 50 metri dal mare, molto comodo. Dotato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante e in posizione comoda per raggiungere spiagge e luoghi di interesse. Menzione per Theo che è stato un host molto gentile e premuroso e per la pulizia sia delle stanze che del giardino esterno. Consigliato

DEEin Juwel! Kleines, sehr schönes und sehr gepflegtes Haus mit 5 Studioappartements in der zweiten Reihe am südlichen Ende von Kalamaki. Es ist ein Raum, mit Klimaanlage. Unten Duschbad, Küchenzeile, Esstisch und ein Einzelbett, auf der offenen Galerie oben, erreichbar über eine etwas steile Treppe, ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett.Reinigung und Wäschewechsel alle drei Tage Keine 100 m zum Meer an Kalamaki Beach. Kommos Beach in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
