Everything was perfect. We especially enjoyed the pool at the roof. The apartment is very modern and has everything you need. Thanks a lot to the hosts!

We struggled a bit finding the right building.

Clean, nice appartment. Fast wifi ( although it did not work the first day, then they fixed it)

No beach that is easily accesible. Pool is 30 cm deep. Sometimes lots of noise from the water. The pool located just above the appartment on the roof. There is a kitchen but not enough clean equipment to cook.

"Best place to stay in the heart of the Rivera Maya"

Excellent location if you plan visiting Xel-Ha, Akumal (to swim with turtles), Tulum, etc. It is in a gated neighbourhood so you feel safe at all times, it has access to the beach, a cenote and an absolutely amazing lagoon. The flat was immaculate, so clean, tidy and nice decorated, with all the appliances you could need. The hosts are really nice and friendly and thoughtful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

I liked everything, I would just recommend contacting the host with anticipation before your arrival (a day or two) to make sure you had everything you need to access the complex.

The apartment is nice decorated. All quality As a tip, it will be good to have some written instructions available regarding nearby locations like the beach access. Other than that, we enjoyed our short stay.

"One night stay"

Good clean apartment which was very clean only stayed one night on our way further south.

It was all fine but took a while to find as it was dark.We found a member of staff who helped up.

"Perfect apartment for relaxation."

Perfect location, amazing beach, very nice apartment and comfy apartment. Great attention from the owners. Would totally recommend!

"Modern, clean apartment with rooftop pool."

Very clean and modern apartment with a tiny pool on the roof. The owner even offer us a mexican dinner cooked by the housekeeper Mary, which was amazing and super tasty. We were there only for one night, but it was very comfortable, with big parking lot, supermarket near by, equiped kitchen etc. Can only recommend!

We couldnt find the spot at first, but luckily it was quickly solved! Nothing to complain about.
