"Fantastic location and great base for holiday"

Fantastic location with wonderful facilities on site. Clean and tidy throughout. Good communication and helpful guidebook provided. Ferry pre-booked by owner. Decided to bring own bed linen which was okay based on the price paid. Really enjoyable and would definitely like to return!

The cottage was clean tidy and so homely ... I want one !!!!

I'd be hard pressed to complain about anything. Fantastic holiday and will be booking again Only thing I would say is that it perhaps needs another armchair in the lounge..

fire alarm started bleeping, called the customer service they came and sorted this out. Also had slight issues with the gas cooker, but it was fine.

"What a view....."

The view is definitely one of the best from all the bungalows on the site....It was incredible to wake up each morning and see the sea and Dorset coastline beyond. We had amazing weather, which really helped. The bungalow was really comfortable, and the owners had thought of everything. There were also fans, which, despite being October, we were really grateful for. The bed was super comfy, too. We were given the option of taking our own bedlinen & towels (duvets, pillows with protectors & mattress protectors ARE provided). *There is an additional fee to use bedlinen & towels if they are supplied by the owners. We decided to take our own. We just made up the bed when we arrived, which was not a problem at all. The kitchen was really well equipped and even incorporated a compact dishwasher & a full sized cooker. *We have stayed in other (bigger) places where there has only been a microwave provided, so this was wonderful. Tea towels ARE provided. There is direct access to the beach (Colwell & Totland Bays) via newly constructed wooden steps, and we loved this and had some amazing early morning coastal walks..... *There isn't a washing machine, but there is a launderette on site with two washers & two dryers. There is a rotary washing line behind the bungalow.
