Nice location: green and great view to Sintra. Parking is good, just in front of the house. All is very clean, bed&bath linen white and good quality, kitchen well equipped. The customer service was indeed exceptional: the check-in procedure was tricky because of the dox download, but Marie was there with a really helping hand!

It’s been nicely remodeled from the original build in the 1820s. It was very cold inside and there’s no integrated HVAC or heaters, but they did provide blankets. Management was very responsive. I liked the front patio and the fact that you could actually park between the bus stop and the front patio.

It’s very cold inside and although they did provide blankets and three portable heaters, the electric system was only 880 W. Each heater was 200 W so if you ran the heaters and tried to take a shower, it would turn off the electricity and Wi-Fi. Same with if you tried to turn on the electric kettle or cook something on the stove there just wasn’t enough electricity in the house. The dishes were dirty and broken when we arrived. So we washed everything and interacted with the management companies so they knew what was going on. Bolt took 15 to 30 minutes to come out. Every time they ask me for an extra one or two euros to entice a driver to come out which we did. Be prepared that if you make extra requests like you want to have an extra blanket or make sure that both beds in the house are made up with linens I was told it would be an extra €30.

Ele é um ótimo custo benefício e é muito confortável pelos preços do distrito de Lisboa é um preço super baixo as comodidades são muito confortáveis e espaçosas.

Fomos em Fevereiro então é muito frio mas se você ligar muitos aquecedores ao mesmo tempo a energia cai então passamos um pouco de frio então acho que poderia trocar a parte elétrica

Almost everything. Clean, big, comfortable house with spacious rooms and kitchen. Very spacious front yard for relaxing and to play for kids. A peaceful neighborhood with nice streets for a walk. A good cafe that opens at 6am right at the front of the house. Above all, friendly and very accomodative stafs with very fast replies. We had a small issue which was solved quickly, looks like they have a good team.

A small point to mention is, during hot days the nights were warm for a quilt. If we keep the windows open then we heard the noise of frogs from the nearby pond/swamp, so my wife had a disturbed sleep. Having a fan would help for people like us.

Es una casita muy cómoda ara varios huéspedes.

Es bastante difícil poder ubicarla, detrás de una caseta de parada. Mejorar las instrucciones.

El alojamiento está recién reformado, con todas las comida des y las camas súper cómodas
