Natural Light City Center Pad

Location for Utilita arena was amazing. However - parking was difficult and not the price stated. Yes it's free 6pm - 8am but it's not £1 an hour outside of that. It's more. Beds and sofa bed were comfy enough but I'd recommend bringing your own pillow. Shower was nice! Everything was clean :)

Parking

The property itself was comfy, clean and nice. Also in a convenient area

After staying in what I was told was ‘free parking’ I received a £100 parking fine which the property told me to ignore and not pay. However I couldn’t not ignore this PCN without it being taken further. The owner then told booking.com customer services that I must have parked in the wrong space when I have messages from the property clearly stating I can park in ANY space. This parking charge alone has cost me more than the property.

The location is perfect, the apartment is light and airy, it was very clean , and has the added bonus of secure parking, the apartment block was quiet enabling a good nights sleep , would recommend for overnight stays in Birmingham city centre , which is a short walk along the canal to the town centre

Terrible experience. Although check in was around 14:00 there was no clear indication of how to check in. The owner messaged be at 18:30, got my name wrong and gave the wrong code to the keylock. We couldn't get in so we decided to book else where as we needed to be at a game shortly. When requesting a refund he has fabricated photos to booking.com saying we had stopped there when I have receipts of the new place I booked and stayed. The worst experience I have ever gone through. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone even if they were homeless for the night. Absolute SCAMMER.
