Haveli Dharampura & Golden Haveli- UNESCO awarded Boutique Heritage Hotel

l'hotel est très beau avec une ambiance particulière, le service très pro et chaleureux , les chambres sont très confortables , nous étions au Golden haveli "l'annexe" , encore une belle réalisation. l'hotel se situe dans une des ruelles de de Chandni Chowk avec son ambiance si particulière, il est idéalement placé .le petit déjeuner est convenable. l'hotel est bien sécurisé.

Nous avions pris l'option de diner au restaurant de l'hotel avec la soirée kathak performance. c'est décevant le spectacle dure 5 mns et revient trois fois dans la soirée.il se situe aux premier étage et le diner est au rez-de-chaussée . Le temps de monter et le spectacle est presque terminé. pour ce qui est du menu du chef c'est basique sans surprise et de qualité très moyenne. le service est express on a pas le temps de profiter du lieux qui est magnifique , au prix pratiqué c'est un piège à touriste.

Posizione eccezionale. Struttura bellissima. Molto bella e pulitissima la camera. Ristorante top. Atmosfera unica. Quello che però fa ancora di più la differenza é tutto lo staff. Gentili, disponibili, attenti, premurosi, affettuosi. Il top del top. Un ringraziamento speciale a John, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Con il suo garbo, la sua disponibilità, la sua cordialità ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Altro ringraziamento speciale a Bhin che ci ha servito tutte le sere al ristorante. Già dopo la prima sera ricordava perfettamente i nostri gusti e ha saputo consigliarci e servici con grande professionalità. Grazie al ragazzo che ci ha accolto il primo giorno, grazie anche al ragazzo che ci ha insegnato a far volare un aquilone. Purtroppo non ricordo tutti i nomi, ma tutto lo staff merita un sentito ringraziamento. Insomma, un luogo magico, con uno staff di altissimo livello che lo rende ancora più unico. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare.

Le lieu est exceptionnel, d'une grande beauté et très particulier. C'est un havre de paix au milieu du chaos du bazar. Le personnel est aux petits soins, on se sens vraiment privilégiés. Le petit dejeuner et la carte du restaurant permet assez d'options pour tous les goûts et tout est frais, soigné et savoureux. La chambre est très confortable, calme avec des petites attentions qui font la différence.

L'emplacement est au milieu du vieux Dehli, très chaotique, très pollué mais vous ne risquez rien.

Friendly and helpful staff in a historic and very unique building built around a central courtyard open to the sky. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had an excellent selection. The rooftop lounge and sitting area was quiet and scenic, with a great view of the Jama Masjid (mosque). Had a good library with several hundred books for reference and vacation reading. We enjoyed the Kathak dancing each evening.

Limited common areas for lounging (or waiting for a late night plane departure) when it is raining. The room assigned upon arrival did not correspond to the type booked, but the hotel sorted it out after ~1/2 hour. Fridge did not work, was replaced, did not fit in its niche and was placed under the desk, so the desk was not usable.

the hotel was like an oasis in the middle of the old city of Delhi and exudes history, it has been very sympathetically restored. the food was very good, all the staff were both friendly and helpful. there was fantastic local music and dancing of the highest quality
