Apartamento agradable y la ubicación es excelente.

No tiene aire acondicionado (tiene un ventilador y un calentador). Solo el fds hubo ruido de personas en horas de la madrugada.

Nice location, beautiful apartment with a very nice balcony, reliable WiFi, security 24/7, provided towels/sheets/shower necessities

There was no A/C and even though it was cold outside it was very hot the entire time. They only provided one roll of toilet paper and when we asked for more they said no. The elevator was slow/unreliable and even had maintenance during our stay. No cleaning provided even though they did warn about that. Water/drain was super unreliable whether it be freezing cold or scalding hot, there was no in between. We still had a great stay but just wanted to warn other guests since we were unaware of some of these items. We would probably still stay here again.

La ubicación es muy buena, piedes encontrar de todo alrededor y el apartamento es muy modernos.

La estancia fue muy buena sin embargo, en la mañana hay mucho ruido me pareció que era una bomba de agua que estaba trabajando 😅 no estoy seguro pero era muy ruidoso en la mañana.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, modern, Küche voll ausgestattet, sehr sauber, Personal sehr nett, 24/7 vor Ort. Tolle Lage!

Das Bett war für 2 Personen ein bisschen zu klein.

Good location with a sight seeing bus stop (Turibus) right outside. Easy walk to Reforma and restaurants. Great sized room, the little terrace made it even more enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped.

The room was still being cleaned at 3pm which is their stated check-in time. The sink leaked all over the kitchen floor until my husband did some DIY, not sure if it will hold out for other guests though. They provided only one eye mask and earplugs even though we booked for a couple. Unfortunately, they were essential as the blinds didn't fit and the music from the bars went on until midnight. Housekeeping was not offered during our 5 night stay and we were not told what to do with the rubbish. On night 3, the keypad stopped working so we had to wait for concierge to call a locksmith, he changed the battery but was alarmed to discover the actual Yale key lock had been removed and our room was opened with just a screwdriver pushed into the hole!!! He made management aware but it was not fixed whilst we were there, meaning every time we went out we worried about someone doing just that. We might have been unlucky, which is why my rating isn't worse.
