"Excellent, great value stay in a very nice “family” house."

Clean, comfortable, quiet house with friendly host. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Fully as advertised. Full kitchen amenities available if required. Easy, coded key box for easy non staffed “check in / out”. Very good value for money.

Returning late evening, it was a bit of a gamble whether there was any nearby on street parking - one evening out of four all spaces anywhere near the property were full.

First, the host here is nice, she offers a great service. Next, The room and kitchen is tidy and clean, also the bathroom is large. At the same time, there are also kettle and tea provided in the room.

"Great place for a short convenient for Kidderminster"

Great place for a short stay. Near the town and easy to find. Road parking was easy. What's not to love about an attic room? Kettle, tea, coffee in room. Shower good.

No real complaints.
