Sigiriya Rock View Tree house

Beautiful tree house and very kind owner. Breakfast was great. The only matter was the light and fan, which slowed down when using water heater!

Very nice accommodation for the price. Excellent breakfast. The accommodation is accessed via a narrow path through the jungle, but is easy to find. You will enjoy the peace and quiet of nature with the sounds of the jungle.

Beautiful tree house with great attention to detail. The host Hasitha was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable at all times. As it is a bit remote, I was advised not to walk alone, also due to possible animal encounters, but Hasitha was always on hand to drive me. The breakfast is prepared by the mother of the family and was excellent. The coconut roti in particular was my absolute highlight. Highly recommended overall.

The Tree House was great! It was very clean and spacious. Sitting on the terrace in the evening was really amazing. The family that hosts you was so lovely, and the breakfast was delicious!

one of the best accommodations in Sri Lanka when travelling on a budget. Very nice environment, the whole place to yourself and a view right into the trees and the lion rock. Very nice breakfast which was definitely enough to get through part of the day

I would correct the punctuality a little bit, because if we have an agenda and we need to leave at a certain time and therefore we set breakfast for a certain time, it should be respected. Probably a classic in Sri Lanka, but if you need to work with more data on the internet, it's good to have your own SIM.

Host was really accomodating and helpful. Everything was good, from the room, the kindness and reactivity of Hasita (who woke up at 4am to bring us to spot the sunset) and the breakfast! I would recommend 100%, we had a really nice time there

Our favourite stay on our holiday in Sri Lanka! Unbelievable value for money! Fabulous chalet with terrace and view of Sigiriya Rock. Best breakfast, far too much food, all homemade, all delicious! Our host was able to help with calling Tuk Tues and a driver for our onward journey too.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We also loved the location, as it was near enough to restaurants in the evening, but far enough to feel remote. The sounds of widlife in the night time was very special and the view of Lion Rock from the room is fantastic. The breakfast is all very tasty and extremely generous, with fruits, home made pancakes, omlettes and other tasty treats. The room is spacious and the balcony has a seating area, where we enjoyed the sounds of the jungle with a drink.

The electric shower did not produce hot water at the time (hopefully will be fixed soon), but after a day out a cold shower can be refreshing.

The guy Hasitha was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was the best among all our other 6 hotels.

The room doesnt have ac, only fans. Towels were stinky, i felt it didn’t dry well and thats why they had bad smells. There is no place to keep your luggage in case you need to some activities after checking out hours. We wanted to experience tree house but didnt see any livings next to our tree house.

This was a unique experience to stay in such a beautiful tree house! There was only one room and the breakfast was served just for us downstairs every morning. The room was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and the person who was taking care of the room was always there for us. He also found us a tuktuk to go to Lion Gate.

The only thing we can say is about the location. The room is in a beautiful forest, however it is far from the restaurants. You can walk however, it is too dark and sometimes the road can be muddy. So you have to take a tuktuk to go to the hotel at nights.
