Entire house in West Auckland

Good location to train station.

TV had issues with pixels in screen, beds/pillows weren't very comfortable, quite small shared spaces for accommodation for 7 people, lawns and outdoor area not very inviting with lawns not mowed etc

Our stay at this property was very disappointing and did not meet expectations. The dishwasher barely worked, it took multiple tries to get dishes even somewhat clean and we still had to wash by hand. The house had a strong smell of mold and cat urine - we had to buy air fresheners just to make it bearable. The kitchen cupboard was locked even though the listing advertised a fully equipped kitchen. We found cockroaches and spiders inside and while some bugs are unavoidable there’s no excuse for dead ones (and dirty tissues) under the bed. The garden and lawn were overgrown and unkempt. One of the exterior security cameras appeared to be pointed into a bedroom, which raised serious privacy concerns. The towels provided were small, old, scratchy and had hairs on them. The tea towels and hand towels also smelled terrible and were dirty. The house is located directly in front of train tracks causing significant noise and the surrounding neighbourhood didn’t feel great. The TV didn’t work and someone (possibly the owner) came onto the property without notice to fix it - while our children were getting dressed - which was completely inappropriate. Overall, the property was not clean, comfortable or as described. We left very disappointed and feel this listing should be reviewed for accuracy and cleanliness standards.

Did not read that there would be no tv. And opening up the second bathroom would be great. And please mention the train in your story.
