Ludyta House in centro Arezzo

Marco ist ein toller Gastgeber: Er erwartete uns schon auf der Strasse, gab uns wertvolle Tipps und das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet und wirkt etwas, als wären wir bei einem älteren Ehepaar zu Gast - das aber im besten Sinne: Es ist nicht eine Ferienwohnung, sondern eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, als ob hier jemand leben würde. Das macht den Aufenthalt sehr authentisch. Es fehlt an nichts, und die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und angenehm kühl und ruhig. Die Lage ist sensationell: 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, 3 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Wir dachten zuerst, es könne lärmig sein, da an einer Strasse gelegen, aber das war überhaupt nicht so: Ein Schlafzimmer geht gegen den Hinterhof, aber auch im vorderen Schlafzimmer war es angenehm ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierherkommen. Danke, Marco!

Eine Kleinigkeit: Der Wasserdruck ist sehr tief. Das macht duschen und Haare waschen etwas anspruchsvoll... Aber im grossen Ganzen gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen, dies ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung und ein toller Gastgeber!

Marco was an amazing host. Met us an showed us the apartment upon arrival. Left us snacks and came back the next day to check on us. A wonderful stay.

Arezzo can have a faint septic smell but overlooked it as the city and attractions were great.

We enjoyed this apartment so much it would be hard to choose one specific element. It is a great space in a great location; proximate to the old city and a simple walk from the train station. The owner/hosts are fabulous as well; providing assistance whenever needed.

Though the kitchen is small we found it completely functional and learned quickly to adapt from our own paradigm (over-sized American kitchen) to the conservative yet efficient European style. No complaints.

Everything. It is now our apartment for all further trips to Arezzo. In 8 years of visits this is our favourite place to stay. Charming couple, helpful and gracious. Spotless accommodation and well equipped cucina. Quiet and comfortable.

That we had to leave! Seriously I suggest permanent, bulbous bumpers on the two upper cabinets that need them.

The property was a great space and had everything to be comfortable. The host was very accommodating. Location was perfect. 10-15 min walk to everything in Arezzo.

Air conditioning unit were window type units in the 2 bedrooms so there was no cooling in the living room, bathroom, and kitchen. This Italy in July though and it’s to be expected and there was a big heat wave. Room is on 3rd floor with no elevator. I knew this when I rented the property. No of these reasons are good enough to not rent it. Just be aware.
