Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. Good parking. Beautiful views across the countryside. Very dog friendly, Sarah our host was very welcoming and a great breakfast chef. We liked the honesty bar- and there’s a lounge for visitors to use.

All was good but I found the driving down dark lane challenging- not used to night driving in the countryside. Difficult to walk the dog - public footpath field had sheep, and the lane has narrow pavement.

The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, it smelled amazing and was very cosy and welcoming. It was a great location for our trip. We were given a very nice twin room with a lovely hot shower. We enjoyed a truly delicious breakfast with quality ingredients. And the staff were lovely, including making sure all the residing dogs got a sausage at breakfast.

My son was mortified to realise too late that there was no toilet paper in our toilet: A genuine mistake that was quickly rectified. We'd also had a long day of driving and had been looking forward - after eating at a local pub - to just lying in bed watching something on TV, but sadly the wifi in our room was intermittent and the TV programme we tried to watch on the catch-up TV kept buffering every couple of minutes, which wasn't relaxing, so we gave up in the end and got an early night instead. The cosy surroundings and the delicious breakfast meant that we still enjoyed our 1 night here and I'd definitely recommend Worth House (the wifi/TV was just a frustration).
