It was wrong that there were other people staying in he same house as booked. It isn’t safe. I felt like a prisoner locking my bedroom door , the care takers had access to the house and doing their personal washing . Yes they were very accommodating but the way things are handled for the value of money I paid was very unprofessional

Rooms were clean and comfortable

There was no reception and we were greeted by the gardener. On check out, there was no staff to check out to, so it was unclear what we needed to do.

I found most touching the owner's attention to details, especially for people living with disabilities. The bathroom has something to hold on to, inside and out of the bath tub. The noise level is very low in spite of it being built along a busy main road. There is always someone checking if all is okay then they leave you alone.

Heaters i prefer under blankets. Its a personal preference.
