Wir haben alles 12-köpfige Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist top, ebenso die Lage. Man hat viele gute Restaurants in direkter Umgebung, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß beim Wassertaxi um ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Der Besitzer ist sehr engagiert und gut erreichbar, falls Fragen auftauchen.

Super modern und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Tolle Terrasse mit privatem Pool und großer, beschatteter Sitzmöglichkeit. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung und gut lärmgeschützt.

Lage nicht ganz optimal, Strände sind gut fußläufig erreichbar und auch schön und nicht überfüllt, aber bzgl. Bäckereien und Nahversorger eher kleine Auswahl und dann doch etwas längere Fußwege notwendig.

"Great easter week-end in Zadar !"

The host was really communicative and nice. We really enjoyed our stay at Fux Luxury. The place is amazing, well located and well furnished. I highly recommend this place if you want to go to Zadar. Not far from the beach, supermarkets or sports facility. City centre is also not far away if you take a Uber (10min) which is really easy.

We had an amazing stay at this property, with the entire floor to ourselves, offering plenty of space and privacy. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and we loved being able to have a BBQ in the outdoor area. In addition, host was happy to offer an earlier check-in which helped us immensely. Overall, a fantastic place for a peaceful and enjoyable experience.
