No light on the balcony, they just give only 1 roll for 5 days. And lastly the heating on the water is not working....and the bed is not comfortable 😭

This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had, and I strongly warn others to stay away. The apartment was nothing like what was advertised online. It was described as modern with working amenities such as air conditioning, TV, and other facilities, but in reality, everything was old, broken, and full of insects. After paying, the host completely changed her behavior, imposing strange restrictions like “do not use the air conditioner” or other appliances. At one point, she even told me that the electricity in the apartment could explode at any moment – something that was never mentioned in the listing. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. There was also no hot water unless I prepared it myself. On top of that, there were constant disturbances: daily ringing of the doorbell and repeated phone calls from downstairs, making it impossible to relax. What was most shocking, however, was the host herself. She was openly racist, extremely disrespectful, and showed no sense of hospitality or basic decency. For the first time in my life, I had to deal with such behavior. Even worse, when I tried to communicate via WhatsApp, she would send me messages (for example, telling me not to use the AC) and then immediately delete them. Luckily, I kept all the evidence and screenshots of these deleted messages. This kind of behavior is highly suspicious, dishonest, and makes a guest feel unsafe, as if dealing with someone hiding the truth instead of a normal host. Imagine going on a holiday to relax and clear your mind, but instead finding yourself in a dangerous, stressful, and untrustworthy environment where you are treated badly and made to feel unsafe. I have traveled to many countries around the world, and I have never experienced such dishonesty, hostility, and lack of professionalism. This apartment is unsafe, unreliable, and hosted by someone who does not understand the meaning of respect, honesty, or hospitality.
