Communication with Martin was great. He was really helpful and replied immediately to any questions we had. The apartment was spotless on arrival. Bathroom was lovely Bus services nearby

A bit further from the city centre than we thought. A few minor issues that we felt stretched the ‘luxury’ description (eg we shared the one wine glass) but they were minor and didn’t spoil our stay.

Parkplätze vorhanden. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kleiner Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten.

Schmale Ausstattung, z.B. fehlende Nachttische, Ablagemöglichkeiten, Couchtisch. Teilweise defekte Ausstattung (Nachttischlampen ausser Betrieb). Therme war so eingestellt, dass zunächst nur kaltes Wasser verfügbar war. Wenig einladender Eingangsbereich mit Waschmaschine.

Modern comfortable in quiet location, great communication from host, Martin, easy payment and check in 😊

Very easy

A great place to stay and in a really good location. The host was so helpful with everything and made it incredily easy for me to retrieve an item I left behind. Delighted with the stay here.

The location was good, it was only a 40 minute walk to the Titanic…

Only a small thing, the bed linen could have been ironed but it didn’t ruin our stay, we would stay again.
